Members, students, instructors, mechanics and front-desk staff are unlimited. You pay for airplanes, not for headcount.

Payments run at cost.
Taking money is part of running a school, so it is part of Vector rather than a line item on top of it.
- Stripe's published rates, whatever they are on the day. We add no percentage of our own.
- No monthly processing fee for taking payments.
- ACH is included, not held behind a card package you have to buy first.
- Your own Stripe account, connected to Vector. Payouts go to you, and you can read every fee in Stripe's dashboard rather than ours.

Deliver and document Part 135 ground training with real courseware and exams.

Fair questions, straight answers.
Do you charge per student or per instructor?
No. Pricing follows your fleet. A 6-plane school with 120 students and 9 CFIs pays $199 a month and nothing else. A 14-plane school pays $199 plus 4 × $19, or $275 a month.
Do you take a cut of card payments?
No. Payments run on Stripe and you pay Stripe's published rates. Vector adds no markup and no monthly processing fee.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Export your data any time; it's yours.
What does the free trial include?
The full flight school module with your real fleet, no card required. Set up in an afternoon.
We're already on another system. How painful is switching?
We'll move your fleet, your people and your schedule for you, and we'll tell you before you commit which parts of your current setup do not have a Vector equivalent yet.
